It appears that this restaurant is run/owned by a family. This place is amazing! Last night we had fish tacos, calamari, as well as fish and chips. The tacos were amazing!!! The calamari was a over cooked and hard to chew, but had great flavor. We also had fish and chips, which are one of the best I've had. Let me explain. If you know me, you'd know that I love my food crispy when it's suppose to be crispy and boiling hot when suppose to be hot. I want it leaving blisters as I burn my mouth . Yes, that hot! The fish and chips were so crispy and not one nook or cranny had any kind of sogginess to it. Our hotel was about 10 min from this restaurant and the food was hotter than warm, which worked for me. We had left overs and the fish sat for a couple of hours. I was going to throw away, but surprised to see they were still crispy! I had a bite and finished them off. They were still crispy and delicious!
Before continuing in our journey, we stopped at the restaurant again this morning and ordered more fish tacos and fries. We didn't specify that we wanted the thick cut that came with the fish and chips, so we ended up with French fries. They were crispy and not one soggy fries. The fish tacos were consistently amazing! We also ordered more calamari and asked that they don't over cook.
I want to mention that this morning was my first physical appearance at this restaurant. The family was friendly and welcoming. Even though our order was to go, they checked on us while we waited! Next time we're in San Diego, we will be sure to stop by! There were 8 of us and we were all happy with the food and service -

Woohoo! As good as it gets!
My friends and I came here on our July 4th weekend trip. It was a cute little hole in the wall and not very busy. Pretty small and intimate setting for a date or catching up with friends.
We ordered and shared fish & chips, swordfish plate and a salmon sandwich. Out of all of the items we loved the salmon sandwich the best. The swordfish plate was good but the way the sandwich was made was much better. The Fish & Chips served was a good appetizer; you can either get Cod or Red snapper and I preferred the red snapper.
I would definitely come here again. -

I really love the menu here. There's so many delicious dishes to try! I am going back again for their .75 cent wings & $1 oysters for sure.
The fried asparagus and seaweed salad is soooo good. The mahi mahi fish sandwich - also amazing!!! Highly recommend. -

After a few flight delays we finally made it here and we were starved. This place made #2 out of 4 in our San Diego area fish n chip and clam chowder quest.
The clam chowder was a delicious but a bit on the thin side. It had large pieces of potato and a good amount of clam.
My grandson's fish and chips were served up super hot and not greasy. Lightly seasoned with a decent portion size. The fries were just on the ok side.
My fish taco was pretty darn good. Good size piece of fish with cabbage and a very tasty sauce.
Street parking only for this place.
